As a Direct Broker, Labdhi solicits and procures life and general insurance business on behalf of its clients from insurers registered with the IRDAI. We do not underwrite risks ourselves. We do not collect premiums on behalf of insurers except where permitted under the Premium Collection Account guidelines.

Labdhi works with multiple IRDAI-registered life, general and health insurance companies. The insurance solutions placed for clients are based on a documented needs analysis and comparison of available products. We do not represent any single insurer.

Labdhi earns brokerage and / or rewards from insurance companies as permitted by the IRDAI (Payment of Commission, Remuneration or Reward to Insurance Agents and Insurance Intermediaries) Regulations, 2016, and subsequent amendments. Where the client is charged a fee for advisory or risk-management services, the same is agreed upon in writing in advance.

Labdhi maintains a written Conflict of Interest policy and discloses any material conflict of interest to its clients. We do not give preference to any insurer for reasons other than the suitability of the product to the client\u2019s needs.
